Before transitioning to The Maintenance Company LLC in 2014, Mark's Maintenance was created in 1999 by Mark Wood. We are family run and we strive to maintain a personal, yet professional, business. TMC isn't just our job, it's our passion.
OUR TEAM
Mark Wood is the founder of TMC.He has had several years of management experience managing dozens of employees. He has experience with flooring, building custom projects, house renovations, and many more things.
Taylor Wood is the son of Mark and co-owner of TMC. He has been a part of our company since we transitioned in 2014. He has experience in construction, kitchen/bathroom remodeling, and flooring.
